AIMCO has been harassing and threatening tenants in our community.
At least 2 tenants have received undue THREATS TO BE ARRESTED!!
AIMCO is malicious to individual tenants. Tenants are afraid of speaking up for fear of retaliation and the devastating repercussions it could have on their life.
An entire building of tenants have lost their balconies and are boarded into their "ocean view" apartments. At least 3 households have had their cable lines cut, each on separate occasion, after complaining about their boarded up balcony. Coincidence? I don't think so. Sounds like AIMCO standard code of misconduct.
